GetMoreVacations.com Sweepstakes GetMoreVacations.com Sweepstakes Official Rules
1.	NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THE GETMOREVACATIONS.COM SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DC WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER as of December 1, 2009. Employees, officers, directors, advisory board members, and consultants of Amenity Services, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, web masters/suppliers (and their IRS dependents, immediate family members [spouse, parents, children, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household [whether or not related]) are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event there is any discrepancy between or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. 

2.	TO ENTER: Visit www.GetMoreVacations.com (“Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner or text link(s) which will take you to the Sweepstakes page. Registrants will be required to provide their full name, zip code and e-mail address to enter the Sweepstakes. No copies, facsimiles or mechanically reproduced forms of entry permitted.

3.	DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on the dates announced on the contest site, www.WinBigGMV.com.  The winner’s first initial, last name, city and state will be listed on the contest site until the next winner is chosen.  Winners will be chosen from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. 

4.	PRIZE DETAILS:  A deluxe two bedroom suite for 4 days and 3 nights to a GetMoreVacations.com destination. Ground transportation, meals, excursions, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. 

5.	CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parent, and any of their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) will have no liability whatsoever for, are released from and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse and/or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or in Sweepstakes-related activities, and (b) except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, the right to use his/her first name and last initial and residing City and State for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes at any time or times without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. 

6.	LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, nondelivered or unintelligible entries or e-mail; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), web site, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network or natural, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic (except as stated in these Rules), macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select the winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this website. In case of dispute, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
